These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Fredan website located at fredan.org (the "Site"). By using the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About Fredan

Fredan is an editorial publication covering sports, betting analysis and lifestyle. The Site is operated by the Fredan editorial team. References to "we", "our" and "us" refer to Fredan; references to "you" and "your" refer to the user of the Site.

Some outbound links may be affiliate links; where a link is affiliated, we clearly disclose the relationship. Editorial coverage is never influenced by affiliate arrangements.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country in which Fredan is registered, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from your use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that country, unless mandatory consumer law grants you a different forum.
